The graph below represents the volume of GFA (m²) by commercial and industrial uses per financial year:

  • The graph below illustrates that the majority of new GFA constructed is generated by Warehouse, distribution and logistics industry land uses over the past three financial years
  • The majority of new GFA for Warehouse, distribution and logistics land uses are concentrated in the Logan suburbs of Berrinba and Crestmead

    • The graph below illustrates that the Education sector has consistently generated the majority of constructed community-based GFA for the past several years.
